The Sablefish, more commonly known as Black Cod, is the one of the most prized and revered white fish with its rich, buttery-sweet flavour. This fish is extremely versatile for any white fish preparation and will quickly become a favourite thanks to its fatty, velvety-smooth texture. One of our favourite ways to enjoy this fish is roasted and glazed with a miso sauce.
